At Jewelry By Johan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy varies based on the type of item and its level of customization. Please review the details below:

Rings

If You Used Our Custom Sizers (Ordered at the Same Time as Your Ring or before):

In Stock: One-time exchange
Made to Order: One-time exchange
Custom: One-time exchange
Engraved: One-time exchange ($30 engraving fee applies)

If You Did NOT Use Custom Sizers:

In Stock: One-time exchange
Made to Order: One-time exchange at 50% of the purchase price
Custom and/or Engraved: One-time exchange at 50% of the purchase price

Note: A custom sizer must be used before the exchange ring is made.

Other Jewelry Items (Bracelets, Gauges, Earrings, Pendants, Cufflinks, Tie Clips, Beads, etc.):

In Stock & Made to Order: One-time exchange
Custom: One-time exchange
Engraved: One-time exchange ($30 engraving fee applies)

Terms & Conditions:

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Refunds to the original form of payment are available only within 3 business days of purchase. Returns made after this period will be processed as store credit.
Custom and engraved items are only eligible for a one-time exchange and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Engraved items require a $30 fee for exchange.
