At Jewelry by Johan, your satisfaction is our utmost priority, ensuring you can shop with complete confidence. Our flexible 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy caters to the uniqueness of our made-to-order items, including rings and other jewelry. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you're entitled to a one-time exchange within the first 30 days, regardless of customization. This includes in-stock, made-to-order, and custom items, with a special note for engraved pieces which are eligible for exchange with a minor fee. Should your item not align with your vision, we're committed to working with you for a satisfactory resolution. Moreover, for added peace of mind, we provide a full refund option within the first three business days post-purchase, should you reconsider your decision. Our commitment extends to the authenticity of our unique materials, like meteorite and dinosaur bone, with a certificate of authenticity provided when applicable.

Sizing Made Simple

SIZING MADE SIMPLE

Our custom ring sizers are crafted in the similar width and exact size of your desired item and provide the most accurate assessment of your size and perfect fit. If you purchased a custom ring sizer and it fits, and an item you receive is made in the wrong size, we will re-make the item for no cost (valid one time) if returned within ten days of receiving your item. If you confirm a ring size that you did not purchase a custom sizer for, the remake fee applies. Signature Styles can be exchanged for the correct size (whole and half sizes only); simply contact us within ten days to arrange an exchange. If your correct size is unavailable in stock, the turn-around time will apply.

If you do not purchase custom ring sizers and receive an incorrectly sized item, and your item is crafted in titanium there is a 20% remake fee. If your item is crafted in a precious metal or contains an inlay with meteorite, lapidary (dinosaur bone, turquoise, etc.), or mokume, the remake fee is 35%. If your ring contains customer-supplied materials and or you did not purchase custom ring sizers, the remake fee is 50%. The remake fees are calculated off of the current total retail prices.

Lifetime Services

We stand behind our products and offer the following lifetime services on all of our rings with the goal to help you retain your item’s original beauty and durability. Simply pay for return shipping and know we’ll do our best to keep your jewelry looking good as new.

Visit our RGA Requests page to complete a form to request a service or repair.

Ring Armor: If you find a scratch in the clear coating (Ring Armor) applied to a material (e.g. wood or antler), we’ll fix it for free.

Meteorite Ring: Send us your meteorite ring for free cleaning and re-etching.

Repair of Natural Materials: If the natural material in your item becomes damaged, please contact us and we can assess if it can be repaired (a fee may apply depending on level of damage). We will provide you with all repair options available. If your ring is deemed to be damaged beyond repair, we'll replace it with a new ring for a cost of 50% of the current retail price. This is a one-time offer and will not carry over to the new, replacement ring.

Repair of Black Ceramic or Tungsten: Black Ceramic or Tungsten may shatter or chip and is therefore deemed to be damaged beyond repair, we'll replace it with a new ring for a cost of 50% of the current retail price, upon the return of the damaged ring. This is a one-time offer and will not carry over to the new, replacement ring.

NOTE: If you take the ring to any other jeweler to get it resized, repaired or cleaned in any way, the guarantee is void. This includes any and all alterations made to your ring.

 

Additional Protection

Additional Protection

Damage or loss of precious stones are not covered by this guarantee. Such stones can be covered by your homeowners policy. Adding your items to your homeowners insurance policy is a low-cost way to cover yourself in the event of loss, damage, theft etc. Coverage costs will vary dependent on your item value and geography, but for most people, insuring your jewelry will cost 1-2% of its value (e.g. a $5,000 ring will cost you an additional $50-$100 annually). Or, Jeweler’s Mutual offers affordable insurance coverage.
