COVID-19 Message to Customers

Hello, friends. Now through April 10, we have been mandated to 'stay-at-home' by our governor. However, our team of experts will be working remotely and available to you by phone, email and chat. Video consultations are also available. We will do our best to answer your questions regarding both new and existing orders.

We're so sorry many of you are faced with the difficult decision to postpone or temporarily cancel your special days. Find solace in the fact that not all of your wedding planning has to come to a halt; if you desire, we are here to help you find or design your dream rings and accessories. 

Design Consultations
Until further notice, all consultations will take place via video conference rather than in person at our Minnesota-based design center. To schedule a video appointment, use our online scheduler.

Placing New Orders
At this time, we are still accepting new orders for made-to-order and in stock items. 

In Stock Items
We have a variety of in stock jewelry that includes pre-made rings and in stock accessories that ship in just 3-5 business days. These will now be shipped per your chosen shipment method (expedited options available) as soon as we are able to re-access our design facility.  

Made-to-Order Items
We estimate our turn-around time will be approximately 6-8 weeks after we re-open on April 13 (for items paid in full). Keep in mind, this may be longer if the tentative 'shelter in place' end date of April 10 is extended.

 

Existing Order Status Updates
Beginning Saturday, March 28, as a result of the mandated shutdown, all production has ceased; our production staff is unable to work remotely. If you have an existing order with us, we will be reaching out to you with more information.

Returns / Exchanges
At this time, do not send packages with returns; we are unable to accept delivery of packages during our closure. All returns currently in our possession will be processed after the mandated order ends and we are able to return to our design center.
