Our team of design experts is available to you by phone, email and chat. In-person consults are available (by appointment only) and we have safety measures in place. Video consultations are also available. We will do our best to answer your questions regarding both new and existing orders.

Placing New Orders
At this time, we are still accepting new orders for made-to-order and in stock items.
In Stock Items
We have a variety of in stock jewelry. Shop in stock rings by size and in stock gifts that ship in just 1-3 business days. These are shipped per your chosen shipment method (expedited options available).
Quick Ship Rings
Our Signature Style rings are pre-made and stocked in popular ring sizes; they ship in just 1-3 business days. Rings from our Terra Trinity collection feature meteorite, opal or whiskey barrel oak wood and have a 2-3 week turn-around.
We estimate our turn-around time for made to order items will be approximately 4-8 weeks. Exact duration will depend on design complexity and materials.

Returns / Exchanges
All packages received containing returns, exchanges or repairs will be held for three days before opening and will be processed after that holding period.
