Remake fee applicable

If you do not purchase custom ring sizers and you receive an incorrectly sized item within 10 days of receipt, there is a 20% remake fee (valid one time). However, if your item is crafted in a precious metal or contains an inlay with meteorite, mokume, lapidary (dinosaur bone, turquoise, etc.), or stones, the remake fee is 35% (valid one time). If your ring contains customer-supplied materials and you did not purchase custom ring sizers, the remake fee is 50% (valid one time).

Once the return form as been submitted we will provide you with the return address and instructions. 

Please note that we only process returns/packages once a week and we are not able to process your package unless the form is submitted.

All remakes will be follow current production lead-time.

We highly recommend shipping your item back to us in a padded envelope or box via a traceable and insured method. We cannot be held liable if a package is lost in the mail during transit.

As you purchased an In Stock Item, we do need to custom make this item for you. Upon return of the item, there will be a 20% remake fee for us to remake the item for you in the size that you need, our current turn-around time would apply. You must reach out to us within within 10 days of receipt, to be eligible for this option.

The 20% remake fee, covers the additional fees that is required to purchase a custom item.
