We can create virtually any type of jewelry you can imagine: including custom rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, cufflinks, and tie clips. Whether you're designing something from scratch or customizing an existing style, our skilled artisans can bring your vision to life.

Is your jewelry really handmade in the USA?

Yes! Every custom piece is proudly handmade in our Minnesota-based design and production studio. Our in-house team of highly skilled artisans and designers craft each item with precision and care, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.

What is the process for creating a custom jewelry piece?

We’ll guide you through selecting materials, choosing design elements, and reviewing sketches or digital renderings before your one-of-a-kind piece is handcrafted. There are multiple ways to get started!

Can I customize an existing design from your collection?

Absolutely! All of our jewelry is customizable. Just click “Customize This Item” in any listing and you can provide us with the details of what you’d like to change or add. A customer service representative will be in touch with you shortly after. You can choose one of our existing designs and personalize it by changing elements such as the metal type, inlay material, or gemstone. You may also add personalizations such as engraving.

Can I provide my own materials?

If you want to provide your own materials to make your custom jewelry even more personal, we’re the perfect choice. We’ve used customer stones, sentimental pieces of wood, trophy deer antler, sand from beach trips, and so much more. Check out our materials page to see just how endless the ideas are for providing your own materials for custom jewelry. For info on how to send in a material for us to make a custom piece from it, please fill out a form here under “Send an Item to JBJ for Custom Work”.

How long does it take to receive a custom jewelry order?

Production times vary depending on the complexity of your design, but most custom orders take approximately 3-8 weeks to complete once your design is finalized. We’ll provide you with a timeline during the design process so you know what to expect.
