• You used our Custom Sizers:
• In Stock: One-Time Exchange
• Made to Order: One-Time Exchange
• Custom: One-Time Exchange
• Engraved: One-Time Exchange (with a $30 fee)
• No Sizer:
• In Stock: One-Time Exchange
• Made to Order: One-Time Exchange
• Custom & or  Engraved: One-Time Exchange at 50% of purchase price
• Exchange requires the use of Custom Sizers

Other Jewelry Items (Bracelets, Gauges, Earrings, Pendants, Cufflinks, Tie Clips, Beads, etc.):

• In Stock & Made to Order: One-Time Exchange
• Custom: One-Time Exchange
• Engraved: One-Time Exchange (with a $30 fee)

Terms & Conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Custom and engraved items are eligible for a one-time exchange only.
• Exchange items are subject to availability.
• Additional fees may apply for exchanges of engraved items.
