50% Remake fee applicable

If you have lost weight or gained weight, and have had your band for more than 10 days, we are here to help you wear a band again. Return your original item to us, and we can exchange the size for you with a remake fee of 50% the current retail price.

Once the return form as been submitted we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please note that we only process returns/packages once a week and we are not able to process your package unless the form is submitted.

All remakes will be follow current production lead-time.

We highly recommend shipping your item back to us in a padded envelope or box via a traceable and insured method.

Please complete the return form we will follow up with your RGA number and return instructions. By completing this form, you understand that there will be a 50% remake fee, we will send you the invoice once the item has been received at Jewelry By Johan and processed (we process received items once a week).
