Hello, friends. Our production staff continues to handcraft new orders. Please see below for more details on our Preparedness Plan and how we're ensuring our workers and customers remain safe.

Our team of design experts is available to you by phone, email and chat. In-person consults are available (by appointment only) and we have safety measures in place. Video consultations are also available. We will do our best to answer your questions regarding both new and existing orders.

Design Consultations
Our design center is open for in-person consultations. To schedule an in-person or video appointment, use our online scheduler.

Placing New Orders
At this time, we are accepting new orders for made-to-order and in stock items. 

In Stock Items

We have a variety of in stock jewelry. Shop in stock rings by size and in stock gifts that ship in just 1-3 business days. These are shipped per your chosen shipment method (expedited options available).  

Quick Ship Rings

Our Signature Style rings are pre-made and stocked in popular ring sizes; they ship in just 1-3 business days. Rings from our Terra Trinity collection feature meteorite, opal or whiskey barrel oak wood and have a 2-3 week turn-around. 

Made-to-Order Items

We estimate our turn-around time for made to order items will be approximately 4-8 weeks. Exact duration will depend on design complexity and materials.

 

Safety and Security at JBJ
Our Preparedness Plan follows Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) guidelines and federal OSHA standards related to COVID-19 and addresses:

• Hygiene and respiratory etiquette;
• Engineering and administrative controls for social distancing;
• Housekeeping – cleaning, disinfecting and decontamination;
• Prompt identification and isolation of sick persons;
• Communications and training that will be provided to managers and workers; and
• Management and supervision necessary to ensure effective implementation of the plan.
