SIZING MADE SIMPLE
To ensure the perfect fit for your ring, it's important to correctly determine your ring size. We've created a comprehensive Sizing Guide for your convenience. This guide provides detailed instructions on how to accurately measure your ring size at home. Remember, it's always better to get your size right the first time around!
To ensure your ring fits perfectly, we highly recommend purchasing our custom ring sizers at the same time as your order. These sizers are crafted to match the width and size of your desired ring, helping eliminate sizing errors before production.
Remake Policy & Fees
If your ring does not fit, remake eligibility and fees depend on whether you used our custom sizers:
If You Ordered Custom Sizers with Your Ring:
- ✔️ If your ring arrives in the wrong size despite using our custom sizer, we will remake it for free (one-time) if returned within 30 days of delivery.
If You Did NOT Order Custom Sizers with Your Ring:
- Rings : 50% of the current retail price
- Signature Styles Collection: Eligible for a one-time exchange to a whole or half size within 30 days, subject to availability.
🔔 Important: If you choose not to use a custom sizer and determine your ring size independently, the applicable remake fee will be required if resizing is needed.

Lifetime Services
We want your jewelry to retain its beauty and durability. We offer lifetime services for all our rings—simply pay return shipping, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Ring Armor Coating Repair: If the clear protective coating (on wood, antler, etc.) gets scratched, we’ll fix it for free.
Meteorite Rings: Free cleaning and re-etching service.
Natural Material Repair: If the inlay (wood, antler, etc.) is damaged, we will assess repair options. If beyond repair, we offer a one-time replacement at 50% of the current retail price.
Black Ceramic & Tungsten Rings: If these materials chip or shatter, they are beyond repair. We offer a one-time replacement at 50% of the current retail price, upon return of the damaged ring.
🔔 Note: If you take your ring to another jeweler for resizing, repair, or cleaning, the guarantee is void.

Additional Protection
Our guarantee does not cover lost or damaged precious stones. However, your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy may cover loss, theft, or accidental damage.
