At Jewelry By Johan, we understand the importance of your purchase and want you to be completely satisfied. Our return policy varies depending on the type of item and its customization. Below is a detailed outline of our policy:

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This right is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-day exchange policy below, and where it applies you are entitled to a refund — not only an exchange.

To exercise it, use our withdrawal function on the EU Right of Withdrawal page (also linked in our website footer). You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. For our catalog, this generally means custom and engraved pieces are exempt, while in-stock and standard (non-personalised) items shipped to the EU are generally eligible. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, email support@jewelrybyjohan.com and we will confirm.

    • Made to Order: One-Time Exchange
    • Custom & or Engraved: One-Time Exchange at 50% of purchase price
    • Exchange requires the use of Custom Sizers

Other Jewelry Items (Bracelets, Gauges, Earrings, Pendants, Cufflinks, Tie Clips, Beads, etc.):

  • In Stock & Made to Order: One-Time Exchange
  • Custom: One-Time Exchange
  • Engraved: One-Time Exchange (with a $30 fee)

Terms & Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Custom and engraved items are eligible for a one-time exchange only.
  • Exchange items are subject to availability.
  • Additional fees may apply for exchanges of engraved items.
