How does the custom engagement ring process work?

You can start completely from scratch and work with one of our designers to create a fully custom piece or start with one of our existing designs and customize your piece with different materials, gemstones, or metals.

To start from scratch, request a design consultation or submit our custom jewelry request form.

To customize an existing piece, select your desired item and click Customize This Item from the product page. One of our designers will be in touch.

How long does it take to create a custom ring?

Our regular turnaround time for made-to-order items is 3 - 7 weeks* (necessary shipping/transit time not included) this is highly dependent on metal, materials, and design complexity.

*Before we start production on your design, we recommend ordering a custom ring sizer or free ring sizing kit. After you tell us your accurate ring size, your ring will be scheduled for production.

What materials can I use in a custom ring?

We work with traditional and non-traditional materials like meteorite, antler, wood, dinosaur bone, gemstones, and more. Learn about our materials.

Can I provide my own gemstone, meteorite, or wood?
