Eligible for re-make of the item for no cost (valid one time)

Our custom ring sizers are crafted in the similar width and exact size of your desired item and provide the most accurate assessment of your size and perfect fit. If you purchased a custom ring sizer and it fit when you received it; and you confirmed your size via that custom sizer before we started production of your item. If the item you receive is made in the wrong size, we will re-make the item for no cost (valid one time) if returned within ten days of receiving your item. If you confirm a ring size that you did not purchase a custom sizer for, the remake fee then applies.

  1. Please return your custom sizer along with your ring.
  2. We may need you to purchase another sizer if the ring and the sizer measure the same.

Once the return form as been submitted we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please note that we only process returns/packages once a week and we are not able to process your package unless the form is submitted.

All remakes will be follow current production lead-time.

We highly recommend shipping your item back to us in a padded envelope or box via a traceable and insured method. We cannot be held liable if a package is lost in the mail during transit.
