At Jewelry by Johan we want you, our valued customer, to feel completely confident in your purchase, and also to know that your satisfaction will always be our top priority.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your item after you receive it, return it within the first ten days and you will receive in-store credit for us to remake, replace, or modify your returned jewelry in the same size as ordered.

Your order may be eligible for an in-store credit, issued via a gift card, as per our guarantee, please complete the form to be eligible for and start your return. The item returned must be in like new condition.

Once the return form as been submitted we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please note that we only process returns/packages once a week and we are not able to process your package unless the form is submitted.

We highly recommend shipping your item back to us in a padded envelope or box via a traceable and insured method.

We will reach back out to you with our sizing suggestions, and return information.
