Ideas: Engrave a heartfelt message, inside joke, coordinates of where you first met or proposed, wedding date, or anything meaningful—as long as it's 25 characters or fewer (including spaces and symbols).

Important restrictions and notes:

  • Rings 4mm wide or narrower: Limited to Gulim or Cambria fonts only.
  • Rings 2mm or thinner: Cannot be engraved.
  • Cannot engrave on materials coated with ring armor (e.g., wood, antler, crushed dinosaur bone) or on mokume.
  • For black ceramic or tungsten rings: Engraving is permanent—we cannot remove it from returned items (making them unsellable/$0 value). To ensure perfect fit before engraving, you must also purchase a custom sizer if ordering engraving on these materials.

How to Send Your Ashes
  1. Place your order. Your confirmation email includes simple instructions for sending your ashes.
  2. Send your ashes. We need about 2 tablespoons of ashes. Ashes ship by USPS Priority Mail Express with Signature Delivery in a box marked "Cremated Remains". Your instructions walk you through it.
  3. We craft your jewelry. Everything we don't use comes home with it, in the container you sent.

How We Keep Your Ashes Safe

Your package is matched to your order before it's even opened, then labeled, photographed, and stored in a locked room.

Every movement is scanned against your order number, and our office and production floor share one building in Oakdale, Minnesota, so what you send never travels between sites. We've handled memorial materials this way since 2008.

Everything we don't use comes home with your finished jewelry, in the container you sent.
