2. We will then ship the Ring Sizer that fits 1 above and 1 below your reported estimated size.
3. We make your ring according to our current turnaround time!
The custom sizer we make for you is like an insurance policy. If you choose not to order the Custom Ring Sizer, you would need to pay the re-make fee if the ring doesn't fit upon arrival. However; if you purchase the sizer and it fits, we make the ring in that size, and for some reason, something is off - we would re-make the ring for you at no charge.
Step 1: Initial Sizing Estimation
- Upon placing your custom ring order, you will first receive our Initial Sizing Estimation Kit (qty x1).
- Use the ring sizers to find the closest estimated size that fits you comfortably.
- Note down the estimated size range that feels right for you.
Step 2: Custom Sizing Follow-up
- After reporting your estimated size, we will send two Custom Ring Sizers one size above and below it (qty x2).
- Confirm the perfect fit by trying on the custom sizer.
- Inform us of the chosen size for your custom ring.
Step 3: Confirm Sizing & Commencement of Custom Creation
- Once you have confirmed the perfect size using the Custom Ring Sizer, notify us of your final choice.
- With your confirmed size, Jewelry By Johan will begin the meticulous process of crafting your custom item.
- Rest assured, selecting the Custom Ring Sizer is like an insurance policy for your purchase, providing a free remake if the sizing is not perfect on delivery.

At Jewelry By Johan, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a flexible 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy. Whether your item is in stock, made-to-order, or custom, we provide a one-time exchange option within 30 days. Engraved items can also be exchanged, with a small engraving fee.
Additionally, if you change your mind within three business days of purchase, we offer a full refund for your order.
We also guarantee the authenticity of our materials, such as meteorite and dinosaur bone, and provide a certificate of authenticity when applicable.
SIZING MADE SIMPLE
To ensure your ring fits perfectly, we highly recommend purchasing our custom ring sizers at the same time as your order. These sizers are crafted to match the width and size of your desired ring, helping eliminate sizing errors before production.
Remake Policy & Fees
If your ring does not fit, remake eligibility and fees depend on whether you used our custom sizers:
If You Ordered Custom Sizers with Your Ring:
- ✔️ If your ring arrives in the wrong size despite using our custom sizer, we will remake it for free (one-time) if returned within 30 days of delivery.
If You Did NOT Order Custom Sizers with Your Ring:
- Rings : 50% of the current retail price
- Signature Styles Collection: Eligible for a one-time exchange to a whole or half size within 30 days, subject to availability.
🔔 Important: If you choose not to use a custom sizer and determine your ring size independently, the applicable remake fee will be required if resizing is needed.

On our website, in phone conversations, in email, and on the paper in your ring’s packaging, we will provide you with all necessary information about your ring’s materials and how to take care of and properly clean them. Lifetime Services
We want your jewelry to retain its beauty and durability. We offer lifetime services for all our rings—simply pay return shipping, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Ring Armor Coating Repair: If the clear protective coating (on wood, antler, etc.) gets scratched, we’ll fix it for free.

Meteorite Rings: Free cleaning and re-etching service.

Natural Material Repair: If the inlay (wood, antler, etc.) is damaged, we will assess repair options.

If beyond repair, we offer a one-time replacement at 50% of the current retail price.

Black Ceramic & Tungsten Rings: If these materials chip or shatter, they are beyond repair. We offer a one-time replacement at 50% of the current retail price, upon return of the damaged ring.
🔔 Note: If you take your ring to another jeweler for resizing, repair, or cleaning, the guarantee is void.

Additional Protection
Our guarantee does not cover lost or damaged precious stones. However, your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy may cover loss, theft, or accidental damage.
